Institute Level Quota Admission Schedule
Admission Application Form (AAF) can be filled online on college website https://www.ycce.edu & Application Processing charges Rs. 1000/- can be paid online.
A) CAP Round Admission80% seats admission are allotted through CAP rounds as per the guidelines published by SCET Cell, Government of Maharashtra, on website https://cetcell.mahacet.org/B) Institute Level Quota AdmissionThe Institute level merit list (PCML / FCML) for the Candidates shall be prepared amongst the application received against 20% ILQ quota based on Merit number assigned on the basis of percentile score secured by the candidate in MHT-CET 2025 conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Government of Maharashtra or JEE (Main) 2025 percentile score (As per the guidelines published by SCET Cell, Government of Maharashtra).
All Direct Second Year BE admissions will be done through SCET Cell / DTE, Government of Maharashtra CAP Round.
Admission Procedure and Schedule will be published by SCET Cell / DTE, Government of Maharashtra in news papers and on, SCET Cell / DTE Government of Maharashtra website https://cetcell.mahacet.org/
Candidates aspiring for admission for vacant seats after CAP rounds (ACAP Seats), it is a prerequisite & mandatory to register & obtained Merit Number assigned by SCET Cell, Government of Maharashtra.Such candidates must apply separately to Institutes for admissions to seats other than CAP Seats. Merit of such candidates shall be prepared at the institute level.

A) CAP Round Admission : 80% seats admission are allotted through CAP rounds based on GATE score as per the guidelines published by SCET Cell / DTE, Government of Maharashtra, on website https://cetcell.mahacet.org/
The seats remaining vacant after offering admissions through CAP rounds due to non allotment, Non-reporting and cancellations will be filled as per the SCET Cell Govt. of Maharashtra guidelines at institute level against CAP vacancy.
B) Institute Level Quota Admission :The Institute level merit list (PCML / FCML) for the Candidates shall be prepared amongst the application received against 20% ILQ quota based on Merit number assigned by Competent Authority on the basis of marks secured by the candidate in GATE-2023 (GATE-2022 marks above qualifying marks) . (As per the guidelines published by SCET Cell / DTE, Government of Maharashtra). Detailed ILQ Schedule will be announced Shortly
