Mission:- To empower students with the comprehensive, cutting-edge training in the latest industry technologies and practices, ensuring that they are fully prepared to meet the demands of the global workforce.

The objective of this project is to equip students with the necessary cutting edge skills and knowledge to excel in their careers and secure high-paying jobs in multinational corporations of their choice. Through a combination of classroom learning, hands-on training, and industry exposure, students will develop a deep understanding of their field and gain practical experience that will give them a competitive edge in the job market.

The students from the first year who were chosen through a three-level selection procedure will make up the “Eagles of YCCE” initiative. All first-year YCCE applicants will be qualified to take part in this selection process. These chosen students will join the YCCE – Eagles and complete a 400+ hour specialised training programme free of charge in addition to their normal academic coursework. This training program will prepare them for securing placements in global companies of their choice with high salary packages.

This specialized training will be mainly divided into following three levels :
1. Foundation Training will cover the basics of professional communication, problem-solving, time management, and team collaboration. The goal is to equip the students with essential skills that will help them navigate the workplace environment with ease.
2. Technical Skills Training will focus on the technical skills needed to succeed in the field of Information Technology will covered in training various programming languages, database management, web development software engineering, and other relevant topics used in industry.
3. Industry-Specific Training will provide them with insights into the industry’s landscape and prepare them to navigate the challenges they may face. This will help them gain hands-on experience in the branch specific core knowledge. The objective is to provide students with a deep understanding of the industry they wish to work in and prepare them to excel in their roles.
