Finding the right path to success at the right time is really very important and that's what YCCE has given us I feel. YCCE is more than just a college. It has helped us carve our careers and build our personalities. Be it technical education, practical sessions, guest lectures, IT infrastructure, well equipped computer labs and importantly lecturers; YCCE had everything that was needed. IT department being relatively new branch had tremendous support and encouragement towards students. All the lecturers were really supportive and reachable. The bond with the lecturers was that strong and because of which we are still in touch with them and the department.
It was a proud moment for me and my parents when I got into the top autonomous engineering college of Nagpur - YCCE. The theories and concepts taught in class were easy to understand because of the skilled professors, their practical approach to teaching, and the fully equipped lab facilities. Additionally, the many opportunities for extra-curricular activities ensured all round development. In the 4 years I spent here I was able to hone my technical as well interpersonal skills and get ready for the real world. My learning at YCCE helped me excel at Capgemini and later during my MS in Information Management along with Certificate of Advanced Study in Data Science from Syracuse University.

YCCE is an amazing place to study engineering. The professors are very helpful and teach you everything from scratch. I respect all the professors in YCCE for their teaching. All the faculty members are understanding and have helped me in every possible capacity during my time in the college. The lab setups are one of the best in the city. The projects offered are also relevant to the industry and one can benefit a great deal by performing all the experiments and projects sincerely. The teaching style is what I miss the most. All the teachers in YCCE are highly educated and explain every concept from the basics. You can learn a lot by paying attention in the class, no need to go elsewhere.
YCCE college is one of the best colleges in the region that had built my base not only in technical terms but also in managing real life situations. It had been a great learning experience in terms of theoretical and technical domain. The work on the industrial project in the final year was the crucial part that helped me understand the subject to its core. The faculty made sure that skills of every individual are nurtured and appreciated. I am immensely grateful for their constant support and motivation. Department also conducted many workshops on upcoming trends to keep us technically sound and competent to the world. When I look back on years in YCCE, I cherish all the memories YCCE has given me. It has not only taught me how to be a good Electronics Engineer but have also helped me to handle strenuous situations. With its great infrastructure, cafeterias, stationary and green campus, it's a delight to study in such an environment. Faculty is very much experienced in their subjects; they guide and encourage to achieve daunting tasks, because of their motivation and guidance I got 9+ pointer in all my exams. There are many technical and non-technical events organized which shapes our overall personality. Apart from college events, many state and national level events are also organized, which helps in developing our profile. Most importantly, many companies visit YCCE each year and offer a great kick start to career.
At YCCE, amidst state-of-the-art infrastructure accompanied by highly intellectual, experienced and supportive faculties, I have witnessed my skill and competence rising to a zenith. The learning centric environment crafted here has not only trained us in academic curriculum but also motivated us to actively participate in state and national level innovation competitions. Speaking about my own final year project, the idea was patentable and was published with help of college. Besides this, the lush green Campus, Annual Technical and Non Technical Festivals (Spandan, Yash, Bhairavi), Cafeterias and in-house Stationery 'Suvidha' also added great value to overall experience here.
When I retrospect my four years in YCCE's Electronics program, I conclude that the experience not only made me a better engineer, but also prepared me for unpredictable hurdles for my career here in USA. Through workshops and labs with incredibly supportive classmates and professors, I was motivated to discover the path which led me to pursue VLSI design. I was lucky to have an outstanding professors, who encouraged, pushed and challenged me. The Electronics program challenges students to reach the apex of their personal abilities academically and professionally. My experiences at YCCE shaped everything that I do here at CSULB. There was encouragement coming from all the sides and that contributed to my successful engineering career.
I started to pursue my undergrad at YCCE from 2013, it was my first hostel life experience since I had moved out of my home town Gaya for the very first time. I had to struggle a bit but it was worth the experience. Coming to the academics part, I still remember some of the professors who played an important role in my life. I want to thank all the staff of Electronics Dept. for making an amazing contribution in my life.
It is a saying that college life is the best part of our life. For me it's definitely true and YCCE has provided everything to make it possible. I have really enjoyed being a part of YCCE college. It was a perfect blend of joy and knowledge. College has provided me with all the best facilities for labs and the professors that helped me in understanding the real meaning of engineering and converting the knowledge in doing something exceptional. As being Vice President of Electronics branch I have learned how to deal with situations and what's the best and fruitful way to organise events. It brought the good out of me and build my confidence which is playing a very important role in my professional life.
I came to YCCE in year 2010 with the vision of getting the best learning experience and technical skill. When I reflect on years in the YCCE, I conclude that the experience not only made me a good Electronics Engineer, but also prepared me in unpredictable ways for my non engineering life. With incredibly supportive professors who were nothing short of real life mentors, they went out of their way to help me grab an internship at SIEMENS. My primary reason to get admitted to YCCE was it being the first reputed private autonomous college in Region.
I came to YCCE in 2009, for my Engineering studies after completing Diploma. I enjoyed my life at YCCE and made lot of friends. I really enjoyed the YCCE campus life and my studies. I have learned a lot from all of my professors at YCCE they had contributed a lot to my carrier, my thought process and impacted my life altogether. The technical knowledge and life lessons I received from YCCE is with me for life long. Never in my life have I seen teachers teach with such ease and simplicity.

At the age of 18, For the first time, I moved out of home (West Bengal) and came to YCCE for my Engineering studies. For first couple of month it was very challenging for me to get accustomed with new environment, people and culture. But slowly I started enjoying my life at YCCE and made lot of local friends. During my stay at Nagpur I really enjoyed the YCCE campus life and my studies. I have learned a lot from all of my professors at YCCE they had contributed a lot to my carrier. I still maintain a very good connection with them.
YCCE was a great experience for me. Apart from becoming an Engineer, I got the best exposure to peers from across India. Having grown up in Mumbai and experienced only the West and South of India, it was one of the greatest learning experiences about India. I carried this learning and perspectives into the many responsibilities that I managed in my career across the globe, where people skills and cross-cultural emotional intelligence played as important a part as IQ. I have been incredibly happy to see the progress that my alma mater YCCE and the alumni have been making. I think the best are yet to come. My four years studying at YCCE was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The training I received during this time equipped me for the outside world with the best skill set possible. Extracurricular activities and real-life group projects gave us much more than just bookish knowledge. YCCE taught us that learning matters more than education. The faculty at YCCE is simply amazing. Our professors were our true Advisers, Teachers, Role Models & Friends. Everyone went the extra mile to make sure we had a rock-solid foundation. I still remember those late-night extra classes on evenings and weekends held by our professors just to make sure that we understood the core concepts. Our professors supported us from day one to the day we graduated.
YCCE Can't describe it in few words. We completed our graduation 27 years ago. Still all the memories of Alma Mater are as fresh as they were in 90's. I really feel blessed to be a part of this institute. Being born and brought up in Nagpur, I got an opportunity to be in frequent touch with Alma Mater and the professors. In true words I can say that I have seen YCCE changing itself with time. The Infrastructure, general Experiment Labs, computer Lab, electrical Lab, Auditorium and importantly Teaching Staff - Professors are very good. I have seen the management efforts to uplift the knowledge of the staff going extra mile. The Alumni section in Nagpur, India and Abroad. I happen to be a part of all and was fortunate to be a part of USA Alumni meet, Salute to the efforts take by management for it success.
Coming from a family of engineers, I joined YCCE to become an Electronics engineer with deep desire to work in private sector. In the initial years of YCCE, we had very limited resources and means to learn and grow. In the 80's with internet and google still decades away and with under equipped library, learning was through collaboration and deeper engagement with lecturers. It took more than just attending the lectures and practical labs to hone your engineering skills. In these challenging circumstances, we were very fortunate to have some of the best forward thinking YCCE professors, they with dedication nurtured our appetite for building a strong technical foundation along with a fearless attitude and progressive mindset - an important trait for technologists and engineers.
I thank my EE department and its faculty members for encouraging me to think globally and spread my wings to take off for the land of rising Sun and I appreciate the support of my college for shaping my career and getting me placed in such big MNC. I had a great experience studying at YCCE and always felt proud of being a part of such an amazing Institute. YCCE remains on top when it comes to learning, infrastructure, opportunities & placements. It helped me a lot to build my confidence, enhance my overall personality and to achieve greater heights in my life. It has also encouraged me to learn new technologies and gave freedom to work on my ideas. I have done my schooling from very small village Arjuni in Gondia district. I belong to middle class family. This small world is everything for me back then. After getting admission in YCCE, I was very happy to see beautiful campus. YCCE have provided features like- Very good library with variety of book available, Autonomous body so anyone can get enough time for any competitive preparation apart from college study, Various activities are organized to improve overall personality, Good campus placement and Faculties are really good at their subjects In short YCCE have provided me various platforms for development. YCCE has always inculcated in me values that would stay with me forever. Be it the strict attendance criteria which inculcated in me discipline and compliance or be it the events that the college hosts which built skills like team building, team leading, etc. Entire well qualified faculty is doing a great job in shaping the country's future. The new initiatives such as external trainings, field visits, etc carried out by the department are worth the praise providing students the exposure required is the need of the time. It would be great if the department shifts its focus to more of a practical based curriculum than a theory based.
It would be difficult to sum up four years of YCCE in few lines. I must say that learning and exposure which i gain from YCCE is commendable. The faculty is just amazing and they stand by you from the first day to the end of placements days. The faculties always motivated me to empower myself and were very friendly, enthusiastic, ready to help, encouraging, and supportive. I extend my warm regards to my dept, the ETC department which has immensely helped me succeed. The initiatives which are taken by department such as external trainings, field visit, workshops, seminars, etc are worth attending, all this teaching.
When it comes to institutional level T&P dept was always there to keep me updated with campus placements and how I have to prepare myself according to the companies requirements. Our department motives us to skill up in each and every field. Faculties always supported me, they were always there to help me out and motivated me to participate in various intercollegiate competitions, learn new technologies. I am thankful to the college for providing quality education.
YCCE has shaped me in many ways, and it has played a major turning point in my career. All that I have learned in the college and our ETC dept has helped me to evolve in my life, both academically and socially. As a Electronics and Telecommunication Engineer I had knowledge in software coding as well as in electronic design, and the reason behind it is my department. Due to project work and institutional events helped me to improve my leadership qualities as well as team bonding and importance of deadline with minimum error in work. I m thankful to my all faculties who share their knowledge with me to improve my skills and knowledge.
I would like to mention few of the points about the institution that helped me in mounding my career. I would like to thank the teaching staff for providing such a great and fun loving environment to study and grasp the things. The teaching staff was always proactive to help us in getting our doubts solved and be with us in every situation. I would also like to thank T&P department for helping us a lot. The academic calendar planned for the campus details were shared well in advance with the students which really helped the students in preparing well. Also there were many of the mock tests and interviews held which were very beneficial.
I'm working in Automotive Domain. In this domain I'm working on Matlab/Simulink models where we are simulating vehicles to test ADAS System. Our department's subjects such as Embedded Systems, Microcontroller, OOPs, and Simulation Lab helps me to grow in this domain. Because of this subject I was able to contribute in ADAS System with Electronics Control Unit(ECU's i.e. microcontrollers) Our institute's program like CRT, helps me to show "Presentation and Leadership skills" as a Team Lead.
Not everyone gets the opportunity to start working in the same month their exams end, YCCE has given me that. Four years of Academic learning and Cultural involvement has definitely carved me to be a Diligent and Forthright Person. Electrical Department in particular has the most Dedicated, Caring & Passionate Teachers. I am thankful to professors for contributing to my learning and helping me throughout those unending doubts. Industrial visits and Practical demonstrations helped me a lot in implementing that knowledge here at the Industry.
I would like to say that my 4 year at YCCE has been one of best moment of my life. It was the faculty of Electrical department, who trained me in the core subjects and directed me for pursuing higher education and opted for PhD. The environment and culture of YCCE is good. The faculties of the electrical department are well expert in their knowledge and are always present to solve problems. YCCE is not just a word, it is feeling, it is an emotion and much more than this. It would be very difficult to express the 4 years of beautiful journey in words. I still remember when it was my 1st day at YCCE, I was extremely excited but at the same time extremely nervous. New place, completely different culture, unknown people all around & then everything started to seem perfectly alright & normal. At first, I felt like any other freshman, anxious towards entering university's atmosphere, yet the anxiety soon faded away & then strangers to classmates to friends to Best Friends was like a drift. Experience gained at YCCE has made me who I am today. Deans & Professors bestowed their experience & knowledge and their time & efforts helped me develop my professional career.
I will never forget the Electrical Engineering department and its faculties. All the credit for my success till now goes to the foundation laid by faculties of Electrical Engineering Department. I was fortunate enough for being able to contribute as a faculty for some period in the same department and develop the bond which will last till end. Not only did it have some of the brightest brains but also good staff to encourage and make students learn and well performing at that. Courses like Business Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning other than the mandatory courses are really helpful specially in the current scenario of technology. L&T infotech and so many other IT companies are manoeuvring their paths towards the cloud technology, college curriculum foreseeing the trending scenarios should be kept updated. There will always be scope for the department so I think it would be great to be a part of it.
I am currently pursuing my Masters from Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, NJ, USA. I am fortunate to grab three internships in reputed companies related to my field Web Developer / Designer. During my studies at YCCE, I learned exposure to the tech world through numerous opportunities made available like Seminars, Hackathons, and Competitions etc which helped me develop real-world skills. I will be always available to help & contribute to the students of YCCE.
It has been great experience with C. Tech. branch of YCCE. It is a complete blend of technological learning and soft skills like communication, management, presentation and many more. Amazing efforts are taken during teaching and conducting practical's. Teachers keep updating their skill for betterment of students. I would say YCCE is the best institute I ever had in my student life.
I joined YCCE in 2010 with a vision of getting best learning experience and placement opportunity. Being part of YCCE was best part in my career where I came to new world to understand and learn interesting subjects with professional ethics. YCCE faculty always helped every student in bringing positivity by teaching core knowledge of subjects and helping student in bringing CAN DO attitude. We were provided with options to opt for various elective subjects. The visual presentation labs provided by college helped us in learning the subject with better understanding which made our foundation strong for all future endeavors.
Being my first Autonomous batch, I think the course structure and teaching methodology was in accordance with latest industry standards & requirements. YCCC Computer Technology course offers nice electives like Business Intelligence, Neural Network, Image processing etc. which are relevant to current industry market. Other co-curricular activities like paper presentation, coding competitions, workshops, guest lecture's helped us in overall development.
I am grateful to YCCE, both the Faculty and the Training & Placement Department. The faculty maintains a friendly relation with the students which make them very approachable; I found this very helpful during my final year project. T&P Department made efforts ensuring maximum number of placed students. I was completely confident and cracked the aptitude and technical tests and interview rounds due to the mock tests and interviews conducted by the T&P Department. YCCE provides a great platform for skills enhancement and to get a great learning experience. Apart from education, YCCE provides ample opportunities for students to showcase and practice their leadership skills through regular events.
C. Tech. Department has always believed in helping and guiding its students and it was no different during the placement season. Various workshops are conducted on recents trends & technologies which are helpful during working in a company. Regular classes held at our college to help us with our aptitude and technical skills were of great help. Our placement administration officers also guided and encouraged us at each step thereby helping me secure my placement at such a reputed company
It would be difficult to collect four years of YCCE in just few lines. I must say that the learning and exposure which YCCE gave me is awesome. The faculty is just amazing and they stand by you from the first day to the end of placement days. YCCE is much beyond just an Institution It actually denotes a Culture Culture of excellence, empowerment, and enrichment. Being a part of YCCE, I felt blessed. The institute has molded my personality and clarified my vision of the future. That day is not far when people will recognize me with the name of YCCE and I am very grateful to the Institute for providing guidance and motivation which inspired me to achieve my goals.
I believe that the achievement of an organization is a result of combined efforts of each individual. The management, faculty and staff of this institution are very supportive. They all want their students to do well. I can say, Professor of Civil Engineering Department helped me beyond the words. College keeps the students at the highest priority. I really believe that, it is a privilege and I am glad to be a part of YCCE.
Civil Engineering department has the best and experienced faculty. Teachers have always cleared our doubts whenever needed and were always helpful and guided us properly. YCCE gave me everything & made my journey memorable
At YCCE, you find another family. The world in here is very fascinating and joyful. The learning process goes hand-in-hand with curricular & extra-curricular activities. It had given us the extravaganza of techno-cultural festival's like YASH, Spandan etc. The institution being a pioneer in its movement, have always given best to it's students. Given 360 of exposure to us. It's the YCCE fraternity which take cares of its pupil in all manner. The institution transformed our life in true spirit.
