As per the SCET Cell Notification, the ACAP and ILQ round is scheduled from 08-09-2025 to 15-09-2025.
In view of this B.Tech ILQ and ACAP Counseling and Spot Admission Round at YCCE will be held on 10.09.2025. The FINAL MERIT LIST and reporting slot will be displayed on the website 09-09-2025.
MBA ACAP Round will be conducted on 09-09-2025 at 9:00 am. The final Merit List is displayed on website.

Eligibility

( For Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate )
  • The Candidate should be an Indian National;
  • Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subjects or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Agriculture or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies, and obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks, in case of Backward class categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together;
  • and Obtained a Non-Zero score in MHT-CET 2025 conducted by the Competent Authority;
  • Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks, in case of Backward class categories, Economically Weaker Section, and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only);
( All India Candidature Candidates, Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Union Territory of Ladakh Migrant Candidature Candidates )
  • The Candidate should be an Indian National;

CAP Round Admission Schedule

  • CAP Round Admission Schedule will be published by SCET Cell, Govt. of Maharashtra in newspapers and on the SCET Cell website https://cetcell.mahacet.org/
  • Institute Level Quota Admission Schedule
    • Institute-level Quota Admission Round will be conducted as detailed below :

    Admission Application Form (AAF) can be filled online on college website https://www.ycce.edu & Application Processing charges Rs. 1000/- can be paid online.

    Admission Procedure

    • Registration by candidate for CAP is Mandatory / Compulsory, for admission through Centralized Admission Process (CAP) Seats as well as Institute Level Quota (ILQ) Seats,
    • After online registration, the candidate should follow instructions given by a competent authority for the Verification of Documents and Scrutiny of the registration form at the Facilitation center / e-scrutiny center,
    • Only those candidates will be included in the Merit list prepared by competent authority, whose applications are confirmed by the Facilitation Center / e-Scrutiny Center.
    A) CAP Round Admission 80% seats admission are allotted through CAP rounds as per the guidelines published by SCET Cell, Government of Maharashtra, on website https://cetcell.mahacet.org/
    B) Institute Level Quota Admission
    The Institute level merit list (PCML / FCML) for the Candidates shall be prepared amongst the application received against 20% ILQ quota based on Merit number assigned on the basis of percentile score secured by the candidate in MHT-CET 2025 conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Government of Maharashtra or JEE (Main) 2025 percentile score (As per the guidelines published by SCET Cell, Government of Maharashtra).

    Important Note

    For candidates aspiring for admission for Institutional Level Quota (ILQ) or vacant seats after CAP rounds (ACAP Seats), it is a prerequisite & mandatory to register & obtain a Merit Number assigned by SCET Cell, Government of Maharashtra. Such candidates must apply separately to Institutes for admissions to seats other than CAP Seats. The merit of such candidates shall be prepared at the institute level.

    • Bus Fee: Students can avail bus facility, details of Bus Routes & Timings will be made available at the time of admission.

    • Hostel for Boys: Charges for hostel + mess is Rs. 95,000/- approx. (subject to revision)
    • Hostel for Girls: Charges for hostel + mess is Rs. 90,000/- approx. (subject to revision)
