Additional Information - Dr. Rajesh Bhagat is a distinguished faculty member at Y.C.C.E., Nagpur, where he is passionately dedicated to educating and mentoring students in civil and environmental engineering. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from G.C.O.E., Amravati, and a Master’s in Environmental Engineering from V.N.I.T., Nagpur. To further strengthen his expertise, he earned a Ph.D. from RTMN University, Nagpur. Dr. Bhagat has qualified the GATE examination six times and cleared the UGC-NET exam in his very first attempt. Although selected as a Junior Engineer at Zilla Parishad Washim, he chose academia and has been serving as an Assistant Professor (UGC Approved Regular) at Y.C.C.E. since 2015. He is also a recognized Ph.D. supervisor under RTMNU. With over 16 years of teaching and research experience, he has authored five books, holds five Indian patents, and published more than 33 research papers in Scopus , Web of Science, and SCI-indexed journals . His accolades include letters of appreciation, awards like Discipline Star, and NPTEL certifications. Notably, his selection as Scientist at CSIR-NEERI in 2016 reflects his excellence in education and environmental research.
